Born in Seattle, Washington, Jane Bellows worked as a photographer before merging her photography talents with her desire for painting. She began painting abstracts, experimenting with forms, lines, and space, bringing lighting and perspective influences into her florals and landscapes. Today, she flourishes in several different media, but favors acrylics for its textual quality. Her work can be found in both private and corporate collections.

Charmed II by Jane Bellows illustrates her mastery of the art of creating the perfect palette. The warm browns, soft blues, and tinges of golden yellows come together in a harmonious composition that is complimented by her creative and fun arrangement of lines and shapes. The amount of textures in this painting is incredible, and makes for a highly stimulating visual experience. Bring out the best of her brushstrokes with a print on our museum-quality canvas. A print on birchwood would also do well for this image, as the color scheme will look great with the wood’s natural tone.
