Hohenberger's art ranges from small to large textural canvases in oils, focusing on landscapes, still life, interiors, figures, birds, and animals. She is a member of Alla Prima International, Outdoor Painters Society, Oil Painters of America, Women in the Visual and Literary Arts, and Houston Civic Arts Association. Her paintings have been included five times in the prestigious "Arts for the Parks" Top 100 and 200, and "Oil Painters of America" national and regional shows. Her work is displayed in several galleries and included in corporate and private collections throughout the country.
