If you are not delighted with your artwork for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returns outside of the contiguous United States are at your own expense. Custom photo upload prints are non-refundable. You are responsible for returning the artwork in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
After we receive your artwork, you will be notified by email with a confirmation that we received the art and with information about your refund. There is a $10.00 restocking fee on all returned items that will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
If your item arrives damaged please notify us for a hassle-free replacement or refund. Customer upload prints may be eligible for a reprint. To initiate a damage claim or request a reprint please email us at email@example.com
Please include the following details that apply to your case in your email:
- A photo of the damage to your artwork and a photo of the shipping box it arrived in. This is for us to evaluate the damage and approve your request.
- Your order number with a brief description of the damage. Please let us know if you'd like a replacement or a refund.
