What do I do if my artwork is damaged?
Refuse any packages with any obvious exterior damage and we will promptly send you a replacement. If you've already accepted the package and aren't satisfied, call our Customer Care Desk at 800-455-3211, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, CST, to receive instructions for returns.
