We’re a privately held art company on a mission.
We are the largest limited edition fine art publisher, printmaker and artisan framer in the world. We started out as two guys with a vision: Affordable Fine Art For Everyone. We use the very best materials and offer the very best price. Our reputation is based on our primary focus: art, color, and quality.
We have a 30-day return policy.
It’s basically an in-home trial. Hang on to the box and original packing materials, and live with your art to make sure you’re satisfied with your selection—if you are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return the artwork back to us. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs and the artwork needs to be in "like-new" condition. We will issue a refund for the purchase after we receive the piece back into our gallery and verify its condition.
We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states
Home delivery is a sweet luxury, and we offer the most affordable shipping around. If you live in the contiguous forty-eight states, we’ll ship your art to you for free, even extra-huge artwork. (If you're Canadian, Mexican, Alaskan, or Hawaiian, you will be charged our normal affordable shipping rates.)
We have a promotional price guarantee.
We know it’s frustrating when you a see a better deal on artwork you’ve already purchased. If you find a lower price on Gallerydirect.com for the same medium (i.e. substrate), size and frame combination within 7 days of your purchase (or during a promotion that started within 7 days of your purchase), we will honor the price difference with an in-store credit. Please call 800-455-3211 for all Promotional Price Guarantee transactions.
We print with the highest-quality materials.
Some folks ask us if they’re ordering “a giclée.” This is a widely used industry term, and it's a little snobby, so we don't like to popularize it more than we have to, but the answer is "Yes." Gallery Direct reproduces framed wall art and canvas artwork as giclée prints on canvas or paper. Giclée prints are part of the modern artisan tradition of fine art reproduction. This era began in 1798 with Lithography and includes Serigraphy (silk screening), first patented in 1907. Giclée, (pronounced "zhee-clay") is French for "spraying" of ink.
