Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, an in-home trial, if you will. Nice. If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return the artwork back to us. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs and the artwork needs to be in "like-new" condition. Hang on to the box and original packing materials until you know you're satisfied with your selection.
We will issue a refund for the purchase after we receive the piece back into our gallery and give it a quick onceover.
No Return Authorization number is needed. Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation so we know who to issue the refund to, and feel free to send back via FedEx, UPS or the Post Office. If you would like a quote to return on our FedEx account please email returns@gallerydirect.com with your order number and item you would like to return.
