Returning a piece you don't love couldn't be easier.
If you are not delighted with your artwork for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Be sure to hang on to the box and original packing materials until you know you're truly delighted with your artwork.
If you do decide to return your artwork, please contact us at returns@gallerydirect.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply to your message with a prepaid FedEx shipping label you can print and attach to the box. Please help us out and pack your item as carefully as possible to avoid damage. After we receive your artwork, you will receive an email confirmation and refund of the purchase price. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
Unfortunately, Gallery Direct will not be able to reimburse you if you decide to return the artwork at your own expense.
If your item arrives damaged please notify us immediately for a hassle-free replacement or refund. Here's how:
Take a digital photo of your damaged item and the shipping box it arrived in (if the box was damaged as well).
Attach your photos to an email and send them to returns@gallerydirect.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the damage and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
NOTE: If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to take additional photos or return the item at your expense before the return can be processed. It is very important that you retain all packaging materials.
