We ship with utmost care and speed to make sure your package is delivered as soon as possible.


Shipping Policy

How does our free shipping program work? If you live in the continental United States, it couldn’t be easier. Free shipping even applies to huge artwork — so go with the extra large!

Packaging

All of our products are packaged securely in double-walled, FedEx-approved corrugated boxes.

Please Note:

The processing times listed above are general guidelines. Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations and mailed payments will delay processing start times.


If you order a combination of styles, the order processing time will be in accordance with the longer lead-time as your order is shipped together in one shipment (see product type for details).


If your order is oversized, it could arrive via freight, which will require you to be at home to receive it. If you agree to inside delivery, the shipper will charge you a fee and bill you directly.


Average transit times are based on orders shipping to addresses in the continental United States.

Free Shipping

If you live in the continental U.S., shipping couldn’t be easier. Free shipping even applies to huge artwork.


Free Shipping is only available via Ground Shipping.


If you live outside the continental U.S., you will be charged normal shipping rates. Your shipping charges will be billed as a separate transaction after the order has shipped. Please call us for a shipping quote for anywhere outside the continental U.S.


All orders are shipped to your home or business via ground service. Orders are shipped in packaging that has proven to be effective in preventing most types of damages in transit.

Shipping Rates

Standard Ground shipping is free.

Expedited shipping is $50-100 per box.

Overnight shipping is approximately $100-200 per box.

*Expedited or Overnight shipping is not available on oversized items.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. In addition, you can check the status of a current order by calling us with your order number. Simply contact our Customer Success team at 800-455-3211, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, CST.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

You may change or cancel an order within 24 hours. To do so, please contact our Customer Success Team at 800-455-3211 and have your order number ready. Unfortunately, we are unable to:

  • Process changes or cancellations for items that have already started production.
  • Add items to existing orders or substitute items.
  • To add another item, you will need to place a new order.
  • To substitute individual items, cancel your existing order and place a new one.
  • NOTE: you cannot cancel an order after 24 hours.
