A couple of small imperfections in the picture, possibly from shipping, but nothing a sharpie can't touch up. I shopped around, and this was by far the best deal. Very happy with my piece.

You aren't giving any specifics to your question I have uploaded 10 mp images and printed 48" wide and they look good however they were tack sharp and properly exposed with digital images if they are underexposed a 20 mp image could look terrible at that size. But remember large images are not meant to be looked at closely standard viewing is about 4 feet for 36 " or larger

Answer:

Hi KBPH- The depth is actually 1.75” for the canvas gallery wraps. That is the standard size, we cannot customize this.

For paper prints: is the paper fine art matte? weight? thickness? do you glaze frames with UV glass? If so, is it UV glass? is museum glass available?

Hi Tompat - We print on a 200 gram matte, smooth paper.

We can get UV glass as a customer bulk order. We do have non-glare and acrylic glazing available upon special request. We do not have museum glass. Please give us a call if you would like to learn more. Contact our Customer Care Desk at 800-455-3211.

Hi Rich50,

No need to worry about that. We do the "math" for you. When you upload your image, we measure the file size. We then limit the largest size option to what we think can be printed without losing any quality.

For example, if you upload your file and the largest size available is Medium, then that's the largest we can confidently print that file. In that example, we removed the Large and XLarge options because the file was too small for those sizes.

Why have your canvas printout size ratios changed - and can you custom "frame" to match previous ratios?

48x36

I ordered a 38x29 (approx 1.31:1 ratio) a couple months ago (which I am very happy with), but that size is no longer available. Based upon the sizes available then, I created a 48x36 (1.33:1) image that I am trying to get canvas-wrapped - but that size is not available now, either. The closest large format canvas gallery wrap that come close to the ratio is 53x42 (1.26:1), but that ratio would crop off too much from both sides. How can I get a large format at the 1.33:1 ratio of the former 48x36? Something like 54x40.5?

first you must change the dimensions of the photo using a photo editing software like Photoshop or Microsoft picture. once the dimensions are 1:1, when you upload it, they will be 1:1 as well.
